Clearview Caravan Site is a newly established CL which opened in February 2008. It is owned and run by Chris & Emma Dade who live on the premises. It is situated in the heart of The Fens approximately 1 mile from the Main A17 Trunk Road making it an ideal stopover en route to the East Anglia Coast

The level caravan site is kept immaculately and is located within a hedged 4 acre field behind the house where Chris & Emma live with their two daughters.

Just £11 per night for a super pitch

The five pitches (10m deep x 9m wide) on the caravan site each have 16amp electric hook-ups, mains water and drainage along with Digital TV aerials (Freeview boxes and cables are available to hire for 50p per day.) and wi-fi broadband.

In addition to these Super Pitches, the site offers a well maintained area for fresh water, waste water and chemical toilet emptying, which has been built to the Caravan Club’s high specifications.

Along with the spacious site, there is a large grassed paddock to the rear which is ideal for a play area and dog walking. This area can also be used as a Rally Field as it offers fresh water and two 16amp electric hook-ups for marshals.

The paddock and surrounding fields have been planted with trees attracting birds and wildlife. The field has recently been designated as a conservation area, confirming the owners’ commitment to creating natural habitats.

Located in the heart of The Fens, the site is only a short drive from the market towns of Long Sutton, King’s Lynn, Wisbech and Spalding. Other attractions such as the Norfolk Coast and Sandringham are only 30 minutes drive away.

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing break, then a visit to Clearview Caravan Site is essential. The Site is open all year and welcomes both caravans and motor homes. Booking is recommended. Pitches are priced at £11 per night which includes electricity, up to four people and an awning.
